The Almighty

The hills. The mountains. Such beauty. Such majesty.

God Almighty.

How can such greatness not be seen through such beauty?  I am overwhelmed with awe.  We are so fortunate to live in this free land.  A land free only due to the slavery put upon our brothers and sisters in uniform.

I am blessed.

I am wonder-struck.  Not home, and yet, "It reminds me of home. Old home, my first home."

Where will is home, though?  A physical place?  I remember the feeling of comfort that was given for Louise in Written on the Body by Jeanette Winterson.

Home is not a physical place. A place of birth.  Its having my heart on you.

No one can comprehend this love and gratefulness for your sacrifice.

One cross. Death. My freedom.

This land of freedom.  Lord, such glory! I marvel in your power; overwhelmed by your greatness.

It saddens me to see that many do not understand.  Why don't they get it?

You are the greatest love of all!

Lover. Beloved.

Your gift: eternal life and forgiveness.  My gift? What can I give? Only praise, Lord.  I delight in you.

"How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!" -Psalm 119:103

Wish there was more to celebrate.

I continue...

Praising
Praising
Praising....
